About: Dr. Nisha Gaur is an accomplished researcher and academic with a PhD in Environmental Microbiology and Molecular Biology from the National Institute of Technology Warangal. She has extensive experience in bioremediation, metagenomics, and nanoparticle synthesis, with a strong focus on environmental applications. Dr. Gaur has held positions the Defence Research Laboratory, DRDO Tezpur, where she contributed to various projects on antimicrobial testing, water purification, and environmental surveys. She has received numerous awards, including the Dr. S N Dube award for best paper and the Director Appreciation Award. Dr. Gaur has published extensively in reputed journals and has authored several book chapters. She is also a life member of the Association of Microbiologists of India.
