Dr, Subhojit Banerjee, has been teaching at post-graduate level at different state universities for more than 20 years. His journey of teaching marketing to MBA students started with his appointment as lecturer in the Department of Business Management, VBS Purvanchal University (A State university of UP) in January 2001. During his tenure with VBS, Purvanchal University he published many research papers in international Journals, which are seminal in the area of branding. He also handled a major research project funded by the UGC during this period.

In August,2010 he joined the School of Management in Gautam Buddha University as an Assistant Professor and has been working here ever since.He is author of the book ‘Fundamentals of Research Methodology’, which is quite popular among post graduate students of and research scholars. Three editions of this book has already been printed. His second book Titled ‘Research Methodology: Concepts, philosophy and techniques’ has also been published recently and is an advanced level book focusing on the requirements of research scholars. Besides publishing a large number of research papers, articles and cases in journals, books and conference proceedings, he also has authored a ‘Self Learning Material’(SLM) on research methodology for Open Universities.
