Dr. Amita Devi has done her Ph.D. in Food Technology from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar -Haryana (India). She  currently works as Faculty on Contract in Food Processing and Technology Department, School of Vocational Studies and Applied Science, Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida. She has three years of teaching experience in different subjects of Food Technology at graduation and post-graduation level. She has supervised more than 15 M.Tech/M.Sc. students in their major dissertation projects. Her research interests include new bakery product development with specialization in functional cookies and biscuits. She has published more than ten research papers in the international peer-reviewed journals. She is life time member of (AFSTI) ASSOCIATION OF FOOD SCIENTISTS & TECHNOLOGISTS, Mysuru - INDIA.
