Biography
My area of interest is social work and marginalised groups. Currently, I am experimenting with the theoretical frame of common sense and typology of violence. On the technical side, I have extensive experience working with qualitative research including thematic analysis. I have also experience in quantitative research including coding, data entry and analysis. I have become competent in the SPSS software package and Google forms. I am also comfortable using online platforms. This part of the research assistantship is what attracts and excites me the most.
Through my research, I have learned how to manage my work in a collaborative environment. Furthermore, I understand the intricacies of research work. I can maintain focus on my individual tasks, with full knowledge of how they contribute to the overall research goals, no matter how mundane and repetitive my tasks are.
I am teaching papers: Social Work Research; Dynamics of Human Behavior and Social Work; Labour welfare and legislations; Personnel Management and Industrial Relations; School Social Work; Social Problems in India
